PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that an emergency business meeting has been called by the Geneva Lake Environmental Agency’s Board of Directors for Wednesday April 3, 2019 beginning at 11:00 a.m., at GLEA office on the George Williams College Campus, Rm. 101 Lowrey Hall, Corner of Constance and Ravinia Dr., Williams Bay, Wisconsin.

DISCUSSION AND ACTION
Call Meeting of GLEA Board of Directors to Order – Chairman L. Lundberg.
Approve the minutes of the 3/21/19 GLEA meeting.
Starry stonewort management update.
Dredging, dewatering, site prep - ILM
Dewatering – new site, included in bid for dredging.
Stewart still would remove spoils, bags and bury spoils.
Bank loan – shared service agreement
Discussion and a more detailed motion on the GLEA securing a loan for SSW management.
Discussion and action on declaring starry stonewort infestation an emergency to allow the hiring of an engineer for the SSW management.
Discussion and action on hiring an engineer with defined responsibilities and cost.
Discussion and action on the draft resolution of GLEA support of starry stonewort management and application of two cost share Early Response and Detection WI DNR grants.
Discussion and action on signing the grant agreement for the Big Foot Creek Watershed project.
Set next meeting date.
